LOLA teamed up with the Miami Ad School to create The Worstfolio, a website showing that even the most successful professionals in advertising had to start at the bottom once upon a time. Using the tagline “No creative is born a genius” the Worstfolio online portfolio includes interviews with some of the best creatives in the world, who reveal some of the worst campaigns during their first years of work.

The website was aimed at serving as inspiration for those looking to grow in the advertising world, but who maybe think they might not be good enough, or are making too many mistakes. Remember, no creative is born a genius.
