Pancho Cassis promoted to ECD

LOLA, the strategic and creative hub of Lowe & Partners in Spain and Portugal for Unilever brands Magnum and Cornetto, for SEAT automobiles worldwide and Mattel at the European level has named Francisco “Pancho” Cassis, Executive Creative Director of it´s Madrid office.
LOLA was the most awarded agency in the Lowe and Partners network, 4th in the EMEA region, 17th worldwide and 1st in Spain in the 2014 edition of the Cannes Lions International Festival. In addition, LOLA was named agency of the year at the Ibero-American Festival, El Sol.

Founded in 2006, LOLA has grown exponentially since Puebla and Simoes took the reigns in 2011. In 2013, LOLA opened new offices in Barcelona and Lisbon in addition to its initial Madrid office. CCO, Chacho Puebla who is in charge of building the agency’s international reputation, developing talent and delivering international new business growth has tasked Pancho Cassis with reorganizing and streamlining the creative department to meet client´s needs. Until now, Cassis was the Global Creative Director responsible for Cornetto, Mattel and Café Zero.

Cassis’ blazing career started at age 22 when – while still an intern at Grey Chile, he won his first of 13 Cannes Lions and a gold medal at the Young Guns. 12 years later, he has gone on to win a slew of awards at International Festivals that include 8 Gran Prix and more than 150 awards in all the mayor advertising shows including One Show, Clio and the Effie awards. Over the last decade, he has helped grow the business for clients such as Fiat, Bacardi, Orange, SAB Miller and Turner Broadcasting. He joined LOLA in 2011, where he has worked on Magnum, Rexona and more recently leading the Cornetto, Café Zero and Mattel toys business.
