Marta Morell at ADCE

Marta Morell, our Director of People & Culture was invited by the Art Director´s Club of Europe to give a talk in their High Potentials seminar.
Marta shared the values and vision of LOLA. She shared what we look for in talent and how we nurture and grow talent from within. The event took place in the Disenny HUB of Barcelona from October 15-17. Other speakers came from a wide range of backgrounds and countries and included Fred & Farid, Amir Kassei and members of D&AD, Serviceplan and Facebook.
