Before you say yes

Whether you are an agency who wants to say yes to a new client or an individual about to take a new job, it is vital to reflect on the commitment and relationship you are about to begin and decide if it is mutually beneficial. No agency has an obligation to work for any client and no person has an obligation to work for any one agency. Its important to do a proper diagnosis before saying yes, and the rest falls into place.

We are careful thinkers at agencies and the process of working with a new client needs to be thought out as carefully as planning a strategy for a brand. In LOLA, our purpose is to help companies create value in peoples lives, because only then will people create value for companies -by preferring their brands. To do this successfully, our relationship with that company must have a foundation of trust because agencies are true allies for brands when they are creative, strategic and effective.
