From Heart to Heart. A study of emotions by LOLA.

‘From Heart to Heart’ is the study of emotions, of how they determine human behaviour and influence decisions.

By studying several investigations relating to psychology, neuromarketing and communication, and with the opinion of 46 international experts from the publicity industry, ‘From Heart to Heart’ demonstrates that it is actually the least rational part of our brain which has the strongest connection to consumption and purchase.

The fascinating findings are part of a study undertaken by a special team at LOLA during the past few months. The aim was to take a journey through emotions to discover the impact they have on rational processes, especially those related to the publicity business.

The study comes in two parts, The Logic of the Heart and Talking to Hearts.
